Hey everyone! Today I will be showing you two hairstyles for the summer and sports! Introducing my lovely girls, AnnaBeth and Emily!
Hello! These styles are perfect for any summer outing or for sports when you want to play in style! They work for long hair, short hair, even human hair it doesn’t matter.
You will need a hair brush (I got mine at Wal-Greens in the pet section), elastic bands for the hair (You can buy them at the dollar store for 99 cents) or if you don’t have elastic bands you can use a clean hair tie!
Lets start off with Emily because her hair is easy for everyone ^.^
Start off by spraying a little bit of water on the section of hair you are combing so you can get the tangles out.
Emily is such a cute doll, I love her hair!!
After you have combed her hair, take a small section on the left and combed it out any tangles.
Camera didn’t want to focus!!
Then braid it! Do the same on the other side of the dolls head and it should look something like this…
Its okay if you end up with some fly aways, it’s a normal thing for dolls like Emily. Next part the dolls hair in the middle in the back and put it in a pigtail with the braid upright.
Le stuffed animals in the corner..
And it should come out looking like this! This is one of my favorite photos…
Now lets start with AnnaBeth.
Repeat the first steps for Emily on your next doll aka spray, comb, repeat.
Take a section from the top of your dolls hair and comb it, and do the same on the next side.
Then braid both sides!
Now grab the hair as if you were going to put it in a ponytail, leave the braids out of this part!
Take the left braid under the hair to the right side, and the right braid to the left side.
And repeat the process one more time, and it should look lite this. Take an elastic band to tie the two braids together underneath.
And it should look like this! It’s okay if one braid is a bit uneven.
Lets see… Two adorable hairstyles and dolls on a summer day? You know what this means…
And now to wrap up this post! Hope you enjoyed this post and try out these styles yourself! Let me know if you do 🙂
See ya next time!
